Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the conduct expected of all PeoplesOdds users and the behaviours that are prohibited. This policy applies to all areas of the platform including predictions, profiles, community features, and communications.

PeoplesOdds relies on the integrity of its prediction data and leaderboard rankings. You may not create multiple accounts to manipulate your accuracy score or leaderboard position, use automated tools or scripts to make predictions, collude with other users to coordinate predictions for the purpose of gaming the leaderboard, or exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform.

The PeoplesOdds community is built on mutual respect. You may not harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users, post or share content that is hateful, discriminatory, or obscene, impersonate other users or public figures, or share other users' personal information without their consent.

You may not use PeoplesOdds to distribute spam, malware, or phishing links, to promote illegal activities, to advertise products or services without authorisation, or to share content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

You may not attempt to access other users' accounts or data, reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the platform, interfere with the operation or security of the platform, or circumvent any access controls or rate limits.

Violations of this policy may result in a warning, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or legal action depending on the severity and nature of the violation. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation at our reasonable discretion.

If you encounter conduct that violates this policy, report it to abuse@peoplesodds.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action. Reports can be made anonymously.
