You Control Your Data
PeoplesOdds is committed to giving you full control over your personal data. This page explains your rights under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, and how to exercise them.
Right to Access
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. This includes your account information, prediction history, accuracy data, and any communications we have sent you. To make an access request, email privacy@peoplesodds.com or use the data export tool in your account settings.
Right to Rectification
If any of your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected. You can update most information directly in your account settings. For changes that cannot be made through the settings, email privacy@peoplesodds.com.
Right to Erasure
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account through your account settings, which will remove your personal data within 30 days. Certain data may be retained where we have a legal obligation to do so.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. Use the data export tool in your account settings to download your data as a JSON or CSV file.
Right to Object to Marketing
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by updating your preferences in your account settings. Transactional emails (prediction results, security alerts) will continue as they are necessary for the service.
Right to Restrict Processing
In certain circumstances, you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your data. This means we will store but not actively process your data while the restriction is in place. Contact privacy@peoplesodds.com to make this request.

Manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings panel accessible from the footer of every page or from your account settings.

For any privacy-related request, email privacy@peoplesodds.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
