By accessing or using PeoplesOdds ("the Platform", "the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use PeoplesOdds. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where age requirements are not met.

PeoplesOdds is a free-to-play prediction platform for entertainment and educational purposes only. The Platform does not involve real money, cryptocurrency, or any other form of currency or consideration.

• Points awarded on the Platform have no cash value, no monetary equivalent, and cannot be exchanged, traded, redeemed, transferred, or converted into real money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or any other form of value.
• PeoplesOdds is not a gambling service, betting service, financial exchange, or investment platform.
• No real-money wagers, bets, or financial transactions of any kind take place on the Platform.
• The Platform does not offer, facilitate, or promote gambling in any form.
• Predictions made on the Platform are expressions of opinion and do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitations.

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password confidential and not share your login credentials with third parties.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

• Upon registration, you receive a starting balance of virtual points ("Points").
• Points may be earned through correct predictions, daily bonuses, referrals, achievements, and other promotional activities.
• Points may be deducted when you make predictions on markets.
• Points are provided solely for use within the Platform and have no real-world value whatsoever.
• You have no ownership rights in Points. We may adjust, reset, remove, or expire Points at any time without notice.
• Points are non-transferable between accounts except through official Platform features (e.g., leagues).
• Any attempt to sell, trade, or transfer Points outside the Platform is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate account termination.

• Markets are created and settled at our sole discretion.
• We use best efforts to settle markets accurately and fairly based on publicly available information, but we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or fairness of market resolution.
• We reserve the right to void, cancel, reverse, or re-settle any market or prediction at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to errors, ambiguity in resolution criteria, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Market probabilities displayed on the Platform are user-generated estimates and do not constitute advice or predictions by PeoplesOdds.
• You acknowledge that prediction outcomes are uncertain and past performance does not guarantee future results.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Create multiple accounts, use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate market outcomes, leaderboard rankings, or other users.
• Harass, bully, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate other users.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Platform.
• Use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure.

All content, features, functionality, trademarks, trade names, logos, and design elements of PeoplesOdds are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any Platform content without our express prior written consent.

By submitting content to the Platform (comments, predictions, usernames, league names, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Platform. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of third-party services.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice. You should not rely on any information on the Platform to make financial or legal decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PEOPLESODDS, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or account;
• Any content or conduct of any third party on the Platform;
• Any loss of Points or virtual standings;
• Any other matter relating to the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed £100.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PeoplesOdds, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and any Points balance will be forfeited. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PeoplesOdds regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
