Responsible Play

Our commitment to a safe and healthy prediction experience.

Our Commitment

PeoplesOdds is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable platform for all users. Although PeoplesOdds is a free-to-play platform with no real money involved, we recognise our responsibility to promote healthy engagement with prediction-based activities.

Key Principles

🎯

No Real Money

PeoplesOdds uses virtual points only. Points have no cash value, cannot be traded, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for anything of monetary value. There is no financial risk.

🔞

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to use PeoplesOdds. We enforce an age verification gate on first access. If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be terminated immediately.

Healthy Engagement

We encourage you to set personal time limits and take regular breaks. Predictions should be fun and educational — not compulsive. If you find yourself spending more time than intended, consider stepping away.

🛡️

Fair Play

We prohibit the use of bots, automated tools, multiple accounts, and any form of manipulation. Our systems actively monitor for suspicious activity to ensure a fair experience for all users.

🤝

Community Standards

We expect all users to treat each other with respect. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, and abusive behaviour are not tolerated and may result in immediate account suspension.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a break from PeoplesOdds, you have the right to request temporary or permanent account suspension. To do so:

  • Email support@peoplesodds.com with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request".
  • Specify whether you'd like a temporary cooldown (7, 30, or 90 days) or permanent account deletion.
  • We will process your request within 24 hours.

Recognising Problem Behaviour

Even though no real money is at stake, prediction activities can become compulsive. Warning signs may include:

  • Spending more time on the Platform than intended.
  • Feeling anxious or frustrated about prediction outcomes.
  • Neglecting responsibilities, relationships, or self-care.
  • Creating multiple accounts after being suspended.
  • Difficulty stopping or controlling the urge to check results.

If you recognise any of these behaviours in yourself, we encourage you to take a break and consider reaching out to a support organisation.
